The implementation of using teaching metode, including: (1) implementing multy-purpose teaching metode, social science teachers (IPS) of class 10 have been agle to increase student motivation of class 10 to attend social science class, (2) the teachers of social science have been able to concider students characteristic in choosing teaching method the implementation of using teaching tools including: (1) implementation of multi media in teaching, teacher has been able to implement multi medi in teaching to motivate students in social science (IPS), (2) the implementation of basic consideration in choosing teaching tools, teacher has used the characteristic of students as a basic in choosing teaching tools. The implementation of management class, including: (1) management of the seat and teaching toolas, teacher has been agle to eradicate mis understanding among students of class 10, (2) classifying the students, teacher has been able to manage the class by classifying students but it is not optimalized. The implementation of the evaluation of students and result in studying, including : (1) implementing techniques snd metode in evaluating students, teacher has been able to function the evaluation as feed back for teahers to improve teaching method, (2) special for mathematics and natural science subjects teacher has been able to prepare students in taking international standard test, but not optimalized. The implementation of the use of Inglish in teaching for mathematics and natural science subjects (MIPA),9 out of teachers have been able to use English in the class but not optimalized as the other nine teachers that have been doing it.
