About the Journal
Journal of Islamic Management Futures (JIMF) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the LPPM STAI Alif Lam Miim Surabaya, Indonesia. First published in 2026, the journal is issued twice a year, in August and February, and is published in electronic (online) format through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. JIMF serves as an academic forum for researchers, lecturers, scholars, practitioners, education managers, policymakers, and professionals to disseminate original research, systematic literature reviews, conceptual studies, and evidence-based perspectives that contribute to the advancement of Islamic education management in response to contemporary challenges and future educational transformation.
The journal focuses specifically on the field of Islamic Education Management, with a strong emphasis on future-oriented perspectives, encompassing studies on Islamic educational leadership, strategic management of Islamic educational institutions, human resource development in education, quality assurance and institutional effectiveness, curriculum management, learning organization and innovation, educational policy and governance, pesantren and madrasah management, Islamic school and higher education management, digital transformation in Islamic education, educational technology and artificial intelligence in educational management, change management, educational entrepreneurship, financial and resource management in education, inclusive and sustainable education management, as well as contemporary and emerging issues shaping the future of Islamic education systems in global and local contexts. JIMF encourages interdisciplinary research that integrates Islamic values, ethical leadership, and contemporary management theories to foster innovative, adaptive, sustainable, and globally competitive Islamic education institutions for the future.
